i stepped my left foot back
then you followed with your right
you slowly leaned your face towards mine
as i reluctantly threw my head backwards
you looked into my eyes, searching
then i closed mine
our hands held tightly together
danced together in the cold misty wind
you whispered my name in my ear
but i called his name in my mind

it was all so sudden
i found my shaking body on the floor
