Na not me
I jog and go gym to stay healthy not to look good cause im at a desk job and thats the opposite of healthy so whether im in a relationship or not i'll still do those things. I seen what desk jobs do to people once they hit 30 and it aint pretty nor does it look healthy |

Nope, don't put on weight in relationships. I think the reason some girls do is because they're trying to diet and keep fit so that they can attract a guy. Once they've got the guy they're so exhausted that they just quit. I'm not like that because I don't diet or try to keep fit. The only excercise I ever get is dancing at clubs, and I enjoy that so being in a relationship doesn't stop it. As for dieting, I don't diet. I'm not obsessed with food so I don't really think about it. Apart from being vegan, for entirely non-health-related reasons, I don't give diet much thought.

Once they've got the guy they're so exhausted that they just quit. but these are the ppl who DON'T exercise at all! i have 2 friends who totally don't work out but remained slim, but when they get into a relationship/marriage, they started "ballooning", and i just go "you must be v contented & happy in the relationship." i guess the ppl who don't put on weight are the ones who retain their daily routine after attachment? Metabolism, self-image and activities could all play certain roles for those who gained in their relationships. You always hear that when you get married you gain weight, but i know a lot of people who are have gained weight in relationships b/c they eat out all the time (there's a clue!).. and people who are more fit in relationships cuz they have someone to work out with. Sometimes being in a relationship does not change them at all. I guess it depends on the person and how being in a relationship affects you, as i've heard people in relationships that are not as happy and get depressed eat to feel better, therefore gain weight. Personally, being in a relationship has not changed my weight, if anything its less now.

But it didn't. Then, pple in their 20s told me "Oh... u will gain weight as u age". But when i'm now in my 20s, i never gain weight. Esp, after landing myself in a super high stress job, where everyone falls sick and shrinks. |

Is B too flat for a tiny person like me? your cousin needs to give birth to another kid. My cousin-in-law was really skinny. She's skinnier than me. After her first kid, she puts on weight but slimmed down after a while. It's only after her second that she starts looking shapely. This post has been edited by chatterbox: Jan 4 2005, 10:22 AM |
