yea, black lotuses sell at the thousands (if not hundreds) on ebay.....
i agree, cranial extraction ( > lobotomy) and distress are the only good black cards but there's that one card that could be played like a dark banish because in type 1.5 there's no such thing as spirit type creatures! hmm wait.....actually there's more good black cards, need to look them up though |

Anyone up for a game? AIM: Solidxnamja Also, Rappapa, do you think you could slide me some T2 deck ideas? I've just begun reading up on Kamigawa, and a lot of it is pissing me off. (8.5 Tails? What the fu-k? xp xp) In any case, there's a tournament that's going to be run near where I live on the East Coast; Gotta prepare my White deck. I don't think there will be any specific DCI rulings, other than like... no 4 Dark Rituals, or Mox's (not that anyone there will own one) but even so, I'd be grateful to familiarize myself with stupid cards like 'Shizo, the Forgotten Temple.' xp Take it easy fellas~ This post has been edited by solidxnamja: Oct 31 2004, 06:09 AM |

I don't play Apprentice or non T2. Cards to look out for are Cranial Extraction, Kiki Jiki Mirror Breaker. Not many new threats.

He most likely played DeathCloud.
That's the deck I have It's got Sakura Tribe Elders, Solemn Simulacrum(maybe), Kodama's Reach, Death Cloud, Horobi, Kokusho, Night's Whisper, etc. Affinity is still strong and is always top 8. I say Affinity is slightly stronger. But I like decks that aren't how you say, played out. I've never seen a Black Blue DeathCloud deck. Could you give me a decklist of the BlueBlack deck you're talking about? |

I never knew we had so many fans here
anyway, can anyone filter HP blue points through the mythical transmision branch of Goth? I cannot seem to get through the treacherous lands of the sand willows and flying wizard rays. if youd like to keep it a secret, e-mail me at youguysarefu-kingdorks@Eat$hitfaggotnerds.loser |

damn rappapa, why you gotta be a serious T2 player??? lol...
i play M:TG for fun so i'm all about casual, but my friends and i don't play the VERY broken cards i was hoping we can share deck lists and talk about improving them... i'm still working on my monoblack control...it's hard to do so i think i might convert it to a monoblack beatdown |

I used to be a serious T2 player but I'm casual now. I just don't like spending my cash for cards like that anymore. But I'm still up for a good deck debate and such.
I'm a casual player, but I think like a serious one |

well alright, since you are casual now. let's debate!! i wanna discuss my monoblack and i was thinking about making a blue/black in which the main star would be royal assassin and then use mind games/twiddle/dream's grip to make the creatures tap or untap. that would be cool but i need a win condition for that deck.
