Richmond doesn't count as the east bay.

Only the towns along highway 24 do.

My parents were just in San Francisco this weekend to drop off my sisters car. She lives like 30 minutes away in some place called Sunnyview or Sunnyside something. They enjoyed themselves.

hercules is not ghetto. is a filipino town. flips may act ghetto, but them fools come from rich families. pinole is also not ghetto. berkeley has one of the most intelligent, educated population in the world, so it's far from ghetto. the only ghetto ones are oakland, richmond, and maybe hayward.
