To be honest, I don't believe this... I mean, come on... Hal Turner Show? But I just wanted to make sure if the defense minister really said this or not... Or if it is blown out of context.

1. If this is what the Chinese defense minister said and its printed version was in secret circulation, then it proves that the CIA and its secret agents are really good in getting their hands on things.

2. This information could be leaked out on purpose to test the American reactions, see how much of it the Americans believe, how much they regard as false information.

3. The third possibility is this is a fake document created by the Americans to test the Chinese reactions to see how much the Chinese are startled by the American ability to read Chinese mind and thinking. It's a cat and mouse game, some kind of psychology warfare going on..... War can take the form of a chess game where real and fake moves are being done to test your opponents.....

The C.I.A have been proven as a bogus organization, a bunch of amateurs who doesn't really know what's going on in certain cases in the past. But just to stir up nonsense between 2 parties.
