UPDATE: OK, I went to the story section on the official site of the manga, and I ran the story in a online Japanese translator to find out what this is about. The translation was a bit messed up as expected, but I was able to understand most of it. The main character is a high school student noticing a sudden increase in the interest in Korea at his country(Japan) after hosting of the World Cup, etc. and becomes suspicious of the country. Being led by his seniors, He enteres a university and is admitted to the historical circle "Far Eastern Asian committee" to learn the "truth" about Korea...

-Some quotes taken from the translation:

Simply vaguely "Japan did that it is bad to Korea", or so you thought.

Then being led by the seniors who encountered, do not have another idea in the Korean research, it was to keep knowing the actual condition, and the true history to which Korea should be surprised...
