Some of you may have heard that calorie restrictive diets tend to turn on the gene for longevity.
Well, some may also know that there are health benefits from drinking red wine.
Now there is a Sixty Minute report about it. See link.

Do you think that drinking red wine can help you live longer?
Do you believe that eating less will help you live healthier and longer?

If you can look younger when you are older then would you?
If you can have a healthier body when you're older would you?
Live longer than you would have if you just ate like a pig and didn't care what you looked like?
For what? Do you want death?
What other alternative is there?

That was just on several days ago.

It has to be concentrated red wine in pill form. You need to consume tons of that stuff in order for it to work.
I beleive theres compelling evidence to support caloric restricted diet works. Now if only they can cure the hunger problem that comes with it.

I'm 4 ft. tall and weigh 360 lbs. I'll be 89 years old next month. I think restricting calories is a good idea. That way I don't have to change the colostomy bag as often. embarassedlaugh.gif Drinking red wine is a good idea. It kills the pain. embarassedlaugh.gif

I want to live longer so I can get a motorized wheel chair with a loud speaker system to tell people to get the fu-k out of my way. embarassedlaugh.gif

Although I'm not quite as tall as you are ... I am the same weight. embarassedlaugh.gif
89 years old? I got a little ways before that age comes up.
Hey, you have got to change that bag every day.
Otherwise the stink can spread. icon_redface.gif
Yeah, I like to kill pain too. beerchug.gif
