hi gang!
i know most of you guys and gals think aussies are loud, rough and rude and probaly racist too, and $hit we probaly do act like this sometimes. people here say $hit all the time but at the end of the day nobody cares here. we just like to kick back, play sports, enjoy a meal with a few beers and our mates and watch the footy etc. most indonesians opinions on australians are from the very few they see on HOLIDAY in Indonesia (Bali or whereever). remember -holiday- is when you are not working and enjoying yourself. also remember all cultures and people are different. this is how we are, and you are how you are. peace thanks jason76 |

Hell No ...
I love australia, grew up here, educated here, work here have friends here .. the country and the city of sydney ... awesome. The people are also fun to be with around sports events and at the pub , they know how to have a good laugh and in general are tolerant people. Though these are the issues that do make me get really mad at australia sometimes. like *- joining iraq war *- attempting to boycot singapore airlines for the execution of van nyguen *- attempting to withdraw all their money from the tsunami fund after the corby case And a host of other things though this does not mean is its the peoples fault therefore my view on australia still stays the same. |

Most Indos get along with Australian, look Australian tourist they feel Bali and Lombok more than what they feel for their country.
I vote No, whoever vote yes he must be not Indonesian. This post has been edited by Nusantara: Dec 1 2005, 12:35 AM |

Hi Nusantara, Thats right, alot of Australians use to like Indonesia and it's people but you will find that religion has fu-ked it up alot big time. As soon as they get rid of the dirty terrorists, the sooner relations between the two countries will be better. Do your country a favour and dob in a terrorist. thanks jason76 |

I don't hate Australian.......
Oh wait...., I did hate Australia during East Timor separation from Indonesia. I even boycott Australian products such as Berri Juice, Meat and Milk. Even planning to throw rotten eggs to Aussie embassy in Jakarta..... Seriously...... Now I didn't hate 'em at all. What by gone are by gone. I felt sorry for Aussie who become victim in Bali. But I still find Aussie accent weird though.... What's with all that "mate" things. Is it always mating season in Australia.... (just joke) Howabout change it to "Matey" to add pirate taste. "Harrr... shiver me timber... Matey.....!" No offence..... |

I don't hate Australians, there are loads of them here in the UK! Still I get the impression that there would be places in the Australian outback that I won't feel comfortable being the only Asian in. As for Sydney, Melbourne and Perth, I love em. |
