not necessarily because many people segregate by thier own volition anyways. that's why you see african-american communities, white ones, asian etc

segregation isn't about equality. it's about common interests more than anything.

but i agree that there should be communities where people are free to interact or live amongst eachother just as there are people who would rather not.

That's an even worse example. Those blacks were rioting illegally in China and blocking eight lanes of traffic because a nigerian illegal immigrant and criminal was so fu-king stupid that while trying to run away from police he jumped out of a building window and hit his head on the pavement. The chinese government let them off easily, if it were chinese people rioting they would have all been beaten by police and shoved into prison. Blacks need to obey the laws or get the fk out, it's not racism or discrimination and it's not rocket science.

Oh please. Don't make generalizations about a whole race. I'm black and 98% of the people I hang out with are white/ Asian and Spanish. I'm not rascist and I speak real Chinese to Chinese people. Every black person isn't ignorant like that. There are ignorant people in every race.
