Who has it harder? Asian guys or Indian guys? Options

This is largely inspired by Wong Fu's famous vignette.

Both guys have to deal with similar stereotypes: nerdy pursuits, traditional families, "funny" accents, etc. Indians are indeed Caucasians and have some White features, but they also have dark skin, so it's not like they have any kind of physical advantage over Asians.

From my experience, Indian guys are much "cooler" and "laid back" about their ethnic issues. They do tend to be ethnically cliquey, but I think it's more common to see an Indian guy mixing with people of all races as opposed to an Asian guy (and I say this as an Asian guy who has a multicultural group of friends). Even if it's just a facade, Indian guys seem to be more comfortable in their skin.

None of this makes sense because it's all on an individual basis. To say that a race is anything is just stupid. If you live in CALI you should see the rest of the USA before making generalizations. Cali is some kind of weird asian paradox.

Fobs are fobby and non-fobs aren't? wtf? see how it's got nothing to do with race? at my uni there are more indian fobs so they are more visible. they dress stereotypically nerdy and we also have chinese mainlanders that dress peasant-y.

Well, South Asians (Indo-Pak, etc) also look up to white people as being better looking like other Asians on this forum do, they think white girls and latin girls are infinitely hotter, they complain about how their own race is ugly, how other races don't like them, they brag about being mistaken for Italian...you know.

so anything from 'asia' is considered 'asian'

because the continent is called 'asia' where there are 'asians'

...because apparently magical "White features" are what decides attractiveness and dreaded dark skin negates any physical positives about a person.

No offense to any black posters, but my mom always preaches about how having pale skin accounts for 50% of attractiveness. Actually, the majority of Asia-born Asian people feel that way.

When people say tall, dark, and handsome. Dark does not get any darker than a tanned white person.
