I mostly go to the gym then to the shower so i dont have to shower again, i mostly shower once a day and i only use shampoo, no conditor or whatever after that.

I wash my hair every other day. If I do it every day, my hair becomes really dry and frizzy.

The longer my hair grows... the more often I have to wash my hair. Back then, my hair was so short that I didn't have to worry bout getting it wash... all I had to do was spray some hair spray or something that smells nice on my head.
 But the problem with my long hair now these days after I wash it is it becomes all wavey, kinda like a fro-like. I thought Chinese ppl don't grow fro's... unless I use the wrong shampoo. |

of cos.. at least once a day... well, some experts says tht u should wash every alternate day... this allows ur natural oil to nourish ur hair... but i don't think so...

hey i have a question. i'm a guy and my hair is both hard and dry. my problem is, when i use shampoo it turns my hair soft and fluffy. however, this also makes my hair look worse than it looked dry. because of this, i now dread shampooing my hair because i fear its going to look fluffy.
i dont use conditioner, would that help? id like my hair to be thinner because it really is quite thick and it layers heavily. if pantene helps thin my hair, im thinking of using it. what do you guys think? also, is shampooing like once a month bad for ur hair? i use water on it almost everyday though. |
