old china and new china are exactly the same, nothing will ever change in china. in china's 5000 year history. it has always been a dictatorship (emperors, kings, ccp, communist, etc etc) they are all the same. different name, but the same old style.
in the 5000 year history. No one in china ever had the chance to vote. and those in charge will fight tooth and nail to the bitter end before they give up their powers. that is why china has experienced sooooooo many revolutions.
this is one of the biggest reasons we Taiwanese dislike china. we will never be a part of a repressive regime. the fact is, we are always saying " who died ? and made you king of beijing?" get lost you beijing psycho stalkers.
