I tried a penis-pump now for 3 days. He is bigger now and feels heavier. When you stop using the penis-pump he will shrink to the normal size again.

tie a string to ur penis and on the other end a weight of some sort and jus wear it all day. should have the same effect the tribal people do when the wear weighted earrings
