does anyone know how to fix the blue screen problem that occurs when you join a server and the game crashes to a blue screen and reboots?

QUOTE (Chinese DesertFox @ Jan 26 2006, 05:27 PM) I think if it was overheating his computer would be shutting off and rebooting on it's own without any warning. Blue screen most likely indicates an os and/or software problem. This post has been edited by Ico: Jan 26 2006, 05:34 PM |

LuDu, have you considered reformatting the computer and keep things neat and organized? Make sure to stay away from installing too many bull$hit.

QUOTE (Ico @ Jan 26 2006, 05:30 PM) If it was overheating his computer would probably be restarting or shuting down without warning on its own. Blue screen is most likely an os and/or software problem. No, not really. I had the exact same problem when I first purchased a 6600GT, but when I upgraded my power source to 360V, everything ran as smooth as a baby's butt. |

QUOTE (Chinese DesertFox @ Jan 26 2006, 03:27 PM) overheating and fluctuating of a power supply unit would lead to a system crash and shut down. BSOD usually results in registry conflicts or an error on the hard disk. Like i've said, BSOD from BF2 is a common problem the game is just problematic. |
