rau câu thanh long
 Nguyên liệu: 1 trái thăng long 25g bột rau câu 300g đường cát trắng 50g siro kiwwi Thực hiện: Cho 2,5 lít nước vào rau câu bột, hòa tan. Đặt lên bếp nấu sôi, cho đường vào nấu tan. Thanh long gọt vỏ, xắt hạt lựu nhỏ. Múc rau câu vào khuôn, tráng 1 lớp mỏng, cho thanh long vào. Cho siro kiwi vào phần rau cầu còn lại, trộn đều. Tiếp tục đổ phần rau câu này vào đầy khuôn, để nguội. Trút rau câu ra đĩa, dùng lạnh. |

Thạch rau câu hoa quả
 Trong mùa hè nóng bức, sao bạn không dành chút thời gian thử chế biến món thạch hoa quả rất nhanh mà lại ngon và rẻ? Nguyên liệu: 90gr bột rau câu hương vị mâm xôi, 90gr bột rau câu hương vị kiwi, 500ml nước nóng, 500ml nước lạnh, quả mâm xôi, kiwi và lá bạc hà để trang trí. Cách làm: - Đổ bột rau câu vị mâm xôi vào bát to, cho ½ nước nóng vào khuấy đều cho đến khi bột ra câu hoà tan, rồi cho tiếp ½ nước lạnh vào khuấy tiếp. Lặp lại như vậy với bột rau câu hương vị kiwi. - Lấy muôi múc mỗi loại hỗn hợp rau câu vào 2 cái bát thủy tinh nhỏ. - Sau đó xếp thạch rau câu vào tủ lạnh khoảng 2 – 4 tiếng để thạch đông lại. - Khi thạch đã đông, lấy ra khỏi tủ lạnh. Trang trí với quả kiwi, mâm xôi và lá bạc hà.  |
