why do i always get sick? Options

if someone around me is sick, it's almost certain that i'm gonna get sick too, and when there's colds and flus going around, i'm one of the first to catch it. i also take a long time to heal from them.. what's wrong with me?

I've always got some sort of flu, cold or virus that keeps me limited. I'm really susceptible to any sort of mild illness that is contagious.

it will help improve your immune system and it's also known to prevent colds...

i have good jeans too....they are dark blue and look stone washed(most of them at least)

you probably have a weak immune system...why not get flu shots, etc to prevent it?

But I do catch colds often, I usually get hit really bad with a bad throat tho.

When I cough, it echoes....

I rarely get ill, like 2/3 times a year max.. when i do get ill its always my throat gets infected :S, lasts like 2/3 days...

Immune systems aren't as strong when you're younger. I seem to always get sick too. I don't think I remember my dad ever getting sick. T_T But flu shot should help.
