QUOTE (Jaimu-Jaimu @ Oct 3 2005, 06:41 AM) QUOTE (IYIiDWeSt_T.S.I3 @ Oct 3 2005, 01:59 AM) A Vikings fan wanting Favre to retire? What a surprise. I dont got nothing against him, but his days is over. Everyone knows that, he was great during his days with Pack. Pack should get Leinart with the 1st pick of this year draft! |

^ Spending two first round draft picks on QB's in successive years is unheard of! That's Detroit-style drafting strategy right there!
Say what you want about Brett but last night he was fantastic. He could have another season if he wanted. These so-called "Not his best days" still make him a top 5 QB in this league. I'd start worrying about your own QB if I was you. |

Brett is no longer top 5 QB, it's now(not in order) Peyton Manning Donovan McNabb Tom Brady Carson Palmer Michael Vick Eli Manning is climbing up, I'm starting to like the dude. Jaimu-Jaimu, what's your team? Packers? |

Jaimu-Jaimu, what's your team? Packers? Nobody wanted Rodgers last year and after he has an awful camp and poor preseason, we're going to get a good pick for him? I agree with your top 3...though I think Palmer isn't quite there yet and Michael Vick needs to improve his passing to make it. I think Brett is still 4th or 5th with maybe Bulger 5th (I know he makes alot of mistakes but that's down to Martz's playcalling...the guy is a player.) If not Bulger, then maybe Brees (He's not just a one-season wonder) I think Carson Palmer is going to be something special though. You can tell I'm a Packers fan huh? Bottom of the league! 0-4! Luckily it's the NFC North, we could still make the playoffs. |

I cant wait to see what his little brother Marcus can do in the league. I starting to hear that his brother is much better then him! Solid passer and rusher..damn! Yea, ya should be able to get a 5-6th round pick for Rodgers draft Leinart, future HOF |

Will people stop trying to get Brett to retire! If we didn't have Brett, we'd be losing all our games by about 40 points! He IS our team! Mark Brunell on the otherhand should've retired a while back. What the Redskins have done to Ramsey is shocking. If you didn't have faith in the guy, you should've traded him to the Dolphins for that no.1 pick they offered you. Instead you keep him and now he's bench-warming. The Redskins are a shambolic organisation. Yea, ya should be able to get a 5-6th round pick for Rodgers draft Leinart, future HOF Do you watch Bulger play much? The guy has some guts. Reminds me of Favre a little bit. Martz kills the guy though. Asking him to throw 40 times a game (at least) with no offensive line and with Faulk + Jackson standing there looking confused. In any other team, you'd see why he was top five. Vick does win games, agreed...and he has the potential to be a top 5 QB for sure. I just know that if I'm down by 10 or more points in the 4th quarter and having to pass the game out...I want anyone except Vick under center. If Marcus Vick can seriously pass, then the league better watch out. I wonder what the Packer faithful will say about investing a no.1 pick in a QB only to trade him for a 5th or 6th a season later? It would be nice to see RF stand up and be counted like this more often as he is a talented guy but I'm not holding my breath. Good result and it was needed. (Only one and half games back in the NFC North!) Playoffs baby! QUOTE (TheTruth @ Oct 10 2005, 12:49 PM) You forgot. It wasn't really running up the score...last TD was an INT return. Skins in the playoffs. |

How many times can you hold at the line and not get called on it? Don't get me wrong; the Shins are for real this year. They played tough. But Denver didn't get handed the game. If they did, tell me how the refs allowed Bell to peel off those two TD runs? |

After yesterday’s showing, I think the Skins will make the playoffs this year. You must not have been watching the game. The Shins line was holding all day and the refs ket giving em the no calls. Shins are lucky that our rookie had that stupid late hit personal foul called on him or we would have won by 8 points. Remember, we started 2 rookies for our corners with Champ out on injury. Oh yeah, we got the better deal with the Portis-Champ trade and we proved it yesterday. Champ was gone, but the 2nd round pick (also wears #26) that you coughed up for Portis butt fu-ked your whole D for 2 touchdowns. Joe Gibbs is washed up and you guys will be in last place in your division at the end of the year. |
