Can you make new members to do an IQ test before registering, this will prevent the stupid people on AF.

not a bad idea
 how about taking it a step further and imposing it on current members too. it's very likely the outcome would be a mass ban though

I think it would be great if members' posts are required to have minimum 20 characters.I really hate it when ppl going off topic with all the meaningless "hehehe","ok then ^_^" etc etc
