heck with marbles yes!

real bball no...

lol, I can grab on the rim...I need my wrist to touch the rim to dunk a ball properly without just tapping it down...

I want to continue the AirAlert vertical program, man that $hit works! embarassedlaugh.gif but it gets harder and harder on the last few weeks...so many people quit...I didnt finish my first try either...2 years ago, the guards on my school team went thru that program and post players didnt, we ended up jumping higher than them embarassedlaugh.gif

no shoes or funky stuff, just set of exercises.

its a series of leg workouts, its basically the technique of repetitions or Habitual Jump Training. Basically, your leg muscles habituate or learn to behave in a vertical, jumping pattern as opposed to the common horizontal, back and forth pattern achieved by walking or running. Its a 15 week program last 4 weeks are mad crazy if you have bball practices on top of that.

seriously, the program works if you have the dedication to fulfill it. I cant wait to get back at it again.

If you want to jump higher, there are a few programs out there that are great. This one in particular is good because not only does it give great exercises but it covers how to eat the best foods that will really increase your vertical leap.

lol, when I think of slam-dunk I think of Shaq jamming the ball powerfully into the basket embarassedlaugh.gif

Nah, I can't slam-dunk but I can JUST dunk.

I've dunked two times in games (played competitive bball for high-school) on fast-breaks of course (embarassedlaugh.gif) but they were pretty weak and looked $hit on film laugh.gif embarassedlaugh.gif

I have done it in 8' high rims a lot of times. reverse dunks and off-the-back board jams. that was a lot of fun. i also did it in a 9+' high rim once. but i barely clinged to the rim...still went in though so that counts. has yet to happen in a real 10' rim...dunno dont think im gonna grow taller anymore so my only chance is if i cud add at least 6 more inches to my leap.

I can slam, and I can dunk, but slamdunk embarassedlaugh.gif

At 5'2" there is not a chance. I was closer at 4'11" when I was captain of a girl's BB team, but not even then.

Though I can be pretty good at stopping someone else from one still.
