Thanks for the VDO, I've notice they used words such Hao instead of Rao and Bor for NO instead of Mai. You seems to know much, please explain to me why is that?LOL

What´s so funny huh?
Why? Cause other Tai dialects is much older and authentic then central Thai dialect thats why! Do you think Mai is original Tai word? What about Jing? Is it also a Tai word? Well explain to me why these 2 words Jing and Mai came from when other Tai speaking ppl dont use it. Could it be Khmer influences? Well explain to me. LoL

And regarding to the usage of "Mai", the Tai use it naa, just not the Tai Lue in SipSong Panna. The Zhuang in Guangxi use Mai too, and when I try to talk to the average Tai in Lao dialect, they don't really understand, but yeah they could understand central Thai, believe it or not.

IC, It surprise me alot, also what about R do Zhuang ppl use too? Been hearing and reading R doesnt exist in Tai language, i wonder.
LolZ...they can understand central Thai this really surprise me also. Do you mean if you fully speak central Thai they understand everything? And do you also understand Kam Tai Zuang dialect? Northern or Southern? Guess Neungtinbao is Southern Zhuang isnt?

Really!!!!! Central thai are claiming that they have a hard understanding Lao dialect, which is closer to Tai Lue dialect. Viengchan dialect are much closer to the Tai Lue dialect, but not the central thai. There are whole bunch of Tai Lue living in the Northern Lao, and they can understand Lao almost perfectly. I don't believe you a bit, you have too much thaification in your head. I was in Sisongpana 8 years ago, and i was able to communicate with them with out the translator helps.

If any lao have any problem understanding the lue language they wouldn't be lao . How can any lao not understand what she said in the music video . Even a 4 year old can understand everything she said . I believe the majority of northern Laos speaks that way .
