The korean people
 The hong kong people  It would seem that the koreans and the chinese of hong kong have the highest I.Q in world.Both the south koreans and hong kong cantonese (chinese) are both very succesive in their own ways. The north koreans are failure communist however north chinese are succesfull communist but are also hated by many in the world.But both are inferior to those who live on the south.For example the south koreans are always the source of korean pride when it comes to economy,pop culture,music, dramas. The cantonese hong kong chinese are also similar like jackie chan, bruce lee, samo hung, chow yun fat,donie yen, steven chow. Their movies are considered the best in asia and are the best business type people. Both are intellectual and superior to those living in the south. The op is Japanese (according to his other recent thread in chinese chat titled "are those from hong kong east asian mixed with southeast asian" which the actual original post read more like, are those from hong kong viewed better as southeast asian or east asian? Seems to be a hint of inciting a little competition in his recent posts but in all likelihood all unintentional).
