How about an option that allows people to see videos on the forum without going on youtube? I don't know if this type of forum can do that.

thats a very good idea.

I was even thinking a download section until i figured people were too selfish to upload. but i would actually. songs mostly. maybe movies too.

Finally! Ive been gone for weeks then I finally log on to ask a question and find out the server was down! RAWR! lol The only actual time I need the forum its down But its great to have the forum up again. So far everything is running goood ^^

Yea! People wouldn't have to look at another window to see the video.

Btw- I couldn't get in this forum for several hours. I got moved to the Idols forum.

Heyyyy, yeah Tabs has been having this problem for the past few days. He says he can only get onto the forums like once or twice a day for about 15 mins each time. This is the msg thingy he gets when he tries to get onto AF

The problem is that Ben knows about it, but has no clue about why it happens. He said he was gonna remove that redirection to the other forums, but nothing so far.
It's getting worse btw.

lol ugh. If it's happening to me it's probably happening to hundreds of other people who either don't post often enough to care, or want to check out the forum for the first time, but because of that page which won't let them get to the actual forum, never do. ;(

LOL I guess we both could connect at the same time so it must be the same freaking problem.
I'm back here and at the moment is still working which surprises me.
I notice the server being quite slow, and failing a few times BUT at least it doesn't show that goddamn OFFLINE message.
I wouldn't keep my hopes up though.

You do too? Well I find it laggy today, slow, but I didn't get the message so far.
In my case it's not from time to time, it's most of the times. Being online would be the exception lol. Like right now.

The exception was that it lasted longer than 15 minutes. It got offline again, the whole day.
Something's wrong with this server. :[

Well dunno about the other guys. In my case it was sort of the same with a difference. The server was down the whole time except for now. Hopefully it will last for more than 15 minutes lol.
Instead of appearing that "board OFFLINE" thing, it said: Server not found - Firefox can't find the server at www.asiafinest.com
Before, even if the forum was down, I could still get into asiafinest. After I got that message saying that it couldn't find it at www.asiafinest.com, I tried to get there and it appeared the same message.
Now the forum is on, and so is http://www.asiafinest.com/. Hope it helps!

The forum response is very slow for me. I never actually get time outs, but the loading time seems to be a lot longer when I try to view threads.

Yesterday it was working for a lil, then went offline for the whole day with that "server can't be found" type of message given by Firefox and now it seems to be working. I'll let you know how it goes. Thanks!

Seems like the nameserver ips were not set correctly in the dns zone. My tech guys told me the problem has been fixed as of now.. and it should resolve for everyone withing 24-48 hours.. so please let me know if it still happens.. Hopefully this issue is finally over with
