All Japanophile must be aware of Pepsi Japan's history of wacky seasonal flavours including Pepsi Ice Cucumber of 2007, Pepsi Blue Hawaii of 2008 and Pepsi Shiso of June, 2009.

I think the Azuki(sweet red bean paste) and Shiso( special Japanese mint ) would work.
The cool Cucumber is a bit of a stretch.

There was a Pepsi flavor here about two years ago called Summer Sun or something like that. It was friggin good, too bad it was limited edition...

Ok, I did some searching and it's called Pepsi Summer Mix from 2007. It tasted like a fruity Pepsi (something like Starbursts melted into Pepsi) with a Pineapple/Apple juice after taste. It's as if Pepsi and Cactus Cooler had a love child. But I swear, the fruity taste is actually good unlike a lot of the new Mtn Dew flavors ...that are super sweet and fruity but have no character.
 And it was previously released as Pepsi Carnival in Japan...

Cool flavors...makes you wonder tho, how the Pepsi marketing department would've called Mountain Dew, if it were released in Japan first, instead of the USA..."citrus punch with an xtra dose of caffein" flavored Pepsi? LOL...
