I like to put grated Yamaimo on top and put a little wasabi in the dipping sauce. The taste and aroma of buckwheat noddles can not be substituted. |

After eating 2 much of that stuff I can't eat instant noodles no more XD I rather have the real stuff @ an asian restaurant.. nothing beats noodle soup + roasted peking duck for a lunch break <-- that's seriously my food every day for lunch
