Does it matter what kind of music you're listening to? Is it classical? Maybe you get headaches because you're worried about something and music relaxes you? This is all speculation though... sowwie, no articles...

yes it has to be the music i'm into. well i don't usually get headaches because i'm too anxious. so i guess it's not just relaxing my brain. it heals the illness i have.
i've suffered from a terrible headache today. so i got some sleep for hours but that just worsened it. in the end i decided to take a pill, which's not a very healthy method. however it didn't work either. now i'm playing computer in listening to music and i feel better now. this happens to me often. |

I've heard that too much sleep creates headaches... I'm guessing because the blood isn't flowing as fast. Usually when I get a headache I find that doing a few jumping jacks alleviates it.
I guess exercise and music are both mood elevators? Maybe they both increase endorphins and those heal headaches? lol, I dunno... joonson would probably have a better answer. |
