We can't really say they are Japanese; that's same for all mixed folks unless your country is migrant intake country and fully multi-cultural.

Also geneology makes them less than 30% japanese; because Japanese are already mixed race.
It's very difficult to identify them as particular nationality.

Here is my opinion on mixed folks classification for Japanese

If you are Japanese-Brazilian then you are Brazilian, you know Brazilian themselves are heavily mixed.
If you are japanese-Thai then you may say Japanese coz, Thai ppl are Asian stock
If you are Japanese-Korean then again it can be either Japanese or Korean as both race share common ancestors.
If you are Japanese-Chinese then, can be eitheir Japanese or Chinese; I guess this depends on where Chinese came from.
If you are Japanese-Filo then, it's Japanese or Filo, again possible common ancestor
If you are Japanese-Anglo (Anglo-Saxxon : White British, Aussie, Yanks, Canadian, Germans etc..) then, it's European stock due to completely different ancestors.
If you are Japanese-African stocks (Black ppl) then; it's African stock due to completely different ancestors.

My theory is if one race mixed with other race it's all depends on the how old is their genes is and where they have originated from?

purebreeds are not the ideal of beauty right now. though i personally think purebreds look the best or if they just have a little not too much of something else. Not all mixed people are that attractive either, i would even say most are not. they lose that pristine look.

To me these guys don't look as good as say the guy in the avator above me. halfies look too uniform like a white with a tan for example. not too unique-looking from my perspective.
