if you are trying to say "which people are smarter, one's with blue eyes or brown/black?" I dont think eye color determons your intelligence. eye color has to do with pegmentation in the iris. blue eyes most likly came form a mutation in the aciant human population of europe, but has nothing to do with brain function.

blue eyes = irises absent of melanin. basically, a blank slate iris is blue.
this is why some newborn humans and animals have blue eyes. their melanin production hasn't fully kicked in yet.   if you injected bleach into your iris, it'd probably turn blue. but you'd also cause a bunch of damage and go blind. hehe. |
