In my honest opinion I believe they are still there and they are still doing what they normally do, threating the weak and stealing, also selling drugs..if you go to clubs you do notice the ones that are drug dealers are the ones that are in a big group of guys that seem like they might be gang bangers..I dunno..I believe there will never be an erase of gang banging...its still out there.
