![]() Oh $hit! Siamese Empire!!! And you know what, the map I show above was not made by Photoshop like what Khmer monkeys love to do when they show you "Khmer empire" It was published in Scottish Georgraphical Magazine in 1886! Unlike the "Khmer Empire" map made by photoshop which they arbritarily draw the border line to fit their dream. A Khmer with a small dream would draw it a smaller "Khmer Empire" A Khmer with big dream would draw his "Khmer Empire" to cover even southern China! Like I said, there was no Khmer Empire; there was Funan, then Chenla and Srivijaya (Sri Bodhi) and then Siam. There never been the world "Khmer Empire" in the history before 18th century. All made up by the French. This post has been edited by Leeporter: Feb 15 2012, 07:18 AM |

I rather kick your Head out of here~ Preah Vihea never belong to you! Ask your Thai who go to worship at Pery Lorkta Dy, who kick your Siem @$$ before the France come!!!

[/b][/color] Let me show you what I mean by "Photoshop" map. ![]() It depends on how big their dream is. While the maps I show are geniun maps made during 1800-1900. They never show you those "real maps" but choose to draw map arbritarily on Photoshop to claim the land in their dream. Go google to see how shameless Khmer people trying to photoshop maps of Khmer Empire, the empire which never existed! This post has been edited by Leeporter: Feb 15 2012, 07:38 AM |

KhmerBoi, thank you for opening opportunity for me to show these "real maps" and your Khmer's "photoshop maps"
I've told that I am not here to listen to your fake history, I am here to dig the truth. So, if you don't want to hear the "truth" from me, stop spreading your "fake" history. This post has been edited by Leeporter: Feb 15 2012, 07:41 AM |

leeporter does have a point about the map. no khmer on this planet can dispute that. Of course, you can't argue with fact, unless you cheat like what the French did to Siam. Nobody can argue with the map drawn by the colonists themselves. It clearly showed that Praviharn and Nakorn Wat were in Siam's territory before the French stole it (with the help of the world court) Siamese lawyers in those days didn't have internet access like I do, so they lost in the court to the fake map drawn later by the French. |

I feel Khmers who are fluent in English out there, in forums, youtube etc, seem to be very angry when they saw this photoshoped Khmer Empire map. I'd be angry too if I were a Khmer. So this $hitty map shouldn't be distributed anymore, for the sake of your Khmer people's mood.

They also lost becos those idiot judges were all French allies or spoke French. Same thing that happens in UNESCO, right now. Those French think they were fuking high in culture. Yes, they were but fuking cheated people too. LOL |

Yes, they were but fuking cheated people too. LOL You know what. When the French came and Khmer king Narodom asked for their protection, it was not really what the Khmer people wanted. It was just King Narodom himself who want the power over the land. So he used the French to take it from Siam. Most Khmers in Cambodia then never wanted to be apart from Siam. Actually, normal people in Cambodia then hated the French colonists. Many of them today still find the (illegally) way to go back to be Siamese, but it's too late now. |

Why didn't khmer people know their own history before the arrival of the white man? That doesn't even make sense.. I'm not thai, but im leaning toward the thai history as the more accurate. White people are known well to distort history. Look at the history of christopher columbus coming to america.
As the old sayin goes "Winners write history" French won, and a they written the history of the Khmer and Thai people. Lol. A true historian always look deeper into history. This post has been edited by yugi2013: Feb 15 2012, 11:17 PM |

But I'm sure the Vietnam one will raise its issue later until the right time is needed. This post has been edited by Sengto: Feb 15 2012, 11:38 PM |

Aren't you guys still mad about it, i know a lot of my khmer friends are still pissed about it Yes the french gave some land(Sipsong Chao Tai) to Vietnam. They also gave some to China, Cambodia and Burma. Are we mad about it? No, as long you treat them equally and don't force them into hardship like Siam did. @Loveisallaround Of course the french created the country Laos, but the people there were called Lao or Ai Lao. The french add the S to signify the reunification of the 3 kingdom into one. This post has been edited by feezy: Feb 15 2012, 11:26 PM |
