Sagada = culture + nature
Instead of going to Baguio(not as beautiful as it was before), just go here. way way better. also why do they always promote the Banaue rice terraces? why not the rice terraces listed under UNESCO's world heritage sites list?????? |

Sadly, the Philippines is not good at promoting tourism. |

When it comes to a peaceful and more nature look place. I like BATANES... it's so fascinating place to visit for those who want peace.
![]() so relaxing to just seat in front of the the ocean on top of the mountain ... hehehe... so peaceful. ![]() Batanes is just one of the best place that we have... but i hope our tourism will make more affordable for us Filipinos when it comes to hotel expenses. I am sure a lot of Filipinos wanted to explore the island but they couldn't afford it because it's so expensive they rather go abroad for a cheaper one like from Hongkong and Thailand. They said "Huwag maging dayuhan sa sariling bayan" but how if we couldn't afford because it's too expensive. LOL ... I remember I spent like 7,000 pesos for plane ticket only. back and forth from Cagayan de Oro City to Manila |

This is the real Manila, which is often overlooked by western tourists, in favor of KL, Phuket, or Bali.

Polilio Island is the best in the Philippines you do not even have to ride a plane going there because it is near Manila just a bus ride and banca ride away.

This is the real Manila, which is often overlooked by western tourists, in favor of KL, Phuket, or Bali. ![]() Even old Hongkong had lots of these eyesore. Jose Rizal once said Hongkong is a dirty place with lots poor people cramped in small dilapidated dwellings and rats all over. |
