Everybody can see how arrogant this froggie is. It is perfectly understandable for China to slap down this arrogant aggressor. Unfortunately, Hu and Wen are obsessed with peace and simply will not fire a single shot against this aggressive thug. But hopefully that will change following the leadership change. Hopefully, in 2013 there will be some real action to kick out the cockroaches from China's sovereign territories. Only uneducated kids when they are unhappy with their opponents ,start to call names. Why field a costly war while you pretend to have indisputable evidences ? Waging a war means that you're not sure to win by law Be careful, you never know in advance the outcome, Vietnam already made big powers lie. China can't defeat Vietnam, India and Russia. China must learn to live in peace. Russia is actually looking to China to finance its militarization over the next decade. Anybody who thinks Russia will fight China is simply ignorant. As to India and Japan, China will have no problem defeating them. If you add up the number of Chinese fighters and the combined number of fighters of Japan and India you will see China has more. Also if you add up the combined GDP of Japan and India you will find it is less than that of China. China's nominal GDP is close to $8 trillion (50 trillion yuan divided by 6.3 yuan) while that of Japan and India add up to only $7.4 trillion. In terms of real purchasing power parity value GDP China's GDP is $17 trillion while that of Japan and India add up to only to $9 trillion. Interestingly enough India's PP GDP is actually bigger than Japan's - $4.5 trillion to $4.4 trillion. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Japan http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/India China's military technologies are indigenous and comprehensive. Therefore, China does not need dollars to buy foreign arms. Therefore, it is the PP GDP that is the most relevant. But India and Japan both rely on foreign arms to a larger or smaller degree. Therefore, for them the nominal GDP is more relevant. This means China has $17 trillion against the combined $7.4 trillion of Japan and India. This means obviously that China can deploy much more arms than its two enemies. And going into the future, China can grow rapidly based on internal development but Japan and India both need foreign trade to survive. Therefore, Japan and India cannot grow as fast as China. By 2022, China's GDP will grow to 100 trillion yuan and $33 trillion while the combined GDP of India and Japan will be around $10 trillion with India at $6 trillion and Japan shrunk to $4 trillion. This means China can deploy 3 times more arms for the same relative percentage of GDP. And for sure China will develop the most advanced weapons that will equal if not exceed that of the US and surely will exceed Indian and Japnese military technologies by far. Given that development trend, there is no question at all that China can easily defeat Japan and India combined. Now, China can fight a two front war and crushed both at the same time. In the future, China will crush them even faster. China can even take on US, Japan and India at the same time by 2022 because the US GDP will remain at $15 trillion by 2022. So the 3 combined GDP will be only $25 trillion and less than China's GDP by $8 trillion. And China's GDP will double yet again to 200 trillion yuan or $60 trillion by 2032 while the US, Japnese and Indian GDP will be $15 trillion, $4 trillion and $8 trillion respectively for a total of $27 trillion or slightly less than half of China's GDP. Ultimately, China's GDP will reach 300 trillion yuan and $100 trillion and will be some 4 times bigger than the US, Japan and India combined. Obviously China's military will also be bigger than 4 times of the combined militaries of these 3 countries. There is no contest at all. China can wipe the floor with them. People who choose war except to save their lives are very foolish. Until this moment I have thought of the Chinese as wise. "好战必亡,忘战必危。“ 司马兵法。 "Those who delight in wars will surely perish; those who forget the arts of war will surely be imperiled." Shi Ma's "Art of War." America delights in wars. China is in danger for forgetting the arts of war. This post has been edited by Liang1a: Sep 11 2012, 11:37 PM |

Sun Tzu wrote that if one knows one's self and one's enemies one need not fear the outcome of a hundred battles. China doesn't know its enemies.
