friend, thank you. still learn so, must forgive my english it not good yet, but hope you understand. quoting from al quran not not propagating hate. is not hate because you quote true verses, correct verses from al quran. if true from from al quran, it is true. you agree or not agree still true because al quran say it is, so not propaganda hate.

we not critic islam, moslim, prophet muhammad saw/pbh because al Quran say so. this why presiden sby say nothing, do nothing about christen people in bogor, in tangeran and other places. we must no critic or say too much, it sin, and muslim must not do this.

So it must follow that anyone that says Quranic Verses create HATE is a blasphemer of Islam and should be given a fatwa.
