That's why I thought Indian's have the smallest penis.

The article says everything that I said earlier. Look at the facts given in the article, not the commentary in it.

And ignoring the article, how can Indians have the smallest penises in Asia anyway? Indians are made up of multiple ethnicities with more Caucasoid, more Mongoloid (like you) and more Australoid (like Southeast Asians) groups. The Mongoloid and Australoid groups should be of similar size to East and SE Asians... so we're left with the Caucasoid groups. So you're saying Caucasoids have smaller penises than East and SE Asians? That would be a rude awakening for white people.

Abstract

Objective: We determined whether the existing reference values for the diagnosis of micropenis are appropriate for optimal care of neonates in a multiethnic environment like Vancouver. Methods: The stretched penile length and width were measured in 105 full-term newborn males of Caucasian (n = 40), Chinese (n = 40) and East-Indian origin (n = 25). Results: Mean length -2.5 SD was used for the definition of micropenis and was 2.6, 2.5 and 2.3 cm for Caucasian, East-Indian and Chinese babies, respectively (p < 0.05). This is close to the widely accepted recommendation that a penile length of 2.4- 2.5 cm be considered as the lowest limit for the definition of micropenis. Conclusion: Mean penile length and diameter are slightly but significantly smaller in newborns of Chinese origin compared to newborns of Caucasian and East-Indian origins.

I have seen many south-Asian/Indian guys with east and south east Asian girls but I have yet to see the other way around. Even my Korean friend seem to be have that lack of self confidence. I always wonder this some sort of genetic thing? Either way I am trying to toughen him up a little.
