Actually dual citizenship in the U.S. is tricky. It exists, but if a naturalized U.S. citizen voluntarily applies for citizenship in any other country, they lose their U.S. citizenship.
If you are a U.S. citizen by birth, it doesn't affect you. Or if it is automatically granted because of marriage or other circumstances, nothing happens.
I can't imagine going through the naturalization process here and then applying for citizenship elsewhere, but apparently it happens.

IMO it's a smart thing. We don't need China to be a multicultural cesspool. Already there are many poor (dark) people from third world countries who are coming to China to find opportunities. What are the estimates for the African blacks in Guanzhou? Officially around 30,000 but illegally around 200,000? Then there are the Arabs who have come since 2001. The town of Yiwu looks like an Arab country! And with them, many of the Xinjiang Muslims have migrated too. Wouldn't that just be paradise for the future of China, Islam and head wraps.
