 After all the hardwork in making Asean Summit successful and being so proud for making it a success here comes the embarrassing part lamposts costing multi millions of pesos spending the whole shtit in Cebu particularly in Mandaue... No wonder we are number one (1) corrupt country of all Asia...

you said it. i think it costs PHP90k per lampost. they're just simply overpriced. i heard rumors that mandaue city overpriced it 100% more. lol I just cant imagine how the hell a lampost could cost as much as PHP90k or more in the phils.
