Any ideas of how i can stop squeezing my pimples/bumps
everytime i walk past the mirror i gotta find something to squeeze

lol i dunno. put your hands in your pocket or something to prevent from your hands going on your face. lol sorry i dont know that or when you're at home, put a clay mask on your pimples or on your entire face. that way you can treat it and not see the pimple and have the urge to pop? im just making this up

ok here let me gross you out, for sure that you wont touch your face again. Your skin consist of many oil glands at the same time within those oil glands are many differnt small micrscopoic organisms that feed off your skins surface. Your hands which consist of moistures attract these organisms and reloacte them to different parts of the skins which leads to more pimples. Some live on the pores surface and some live underneath the skin. The reason why everything you keep popping the pimples more reappear. So dont pick your pimples or i will tell you another fact about your eyelids that is just mind boggoling. Cheers

go to the derm , get accutane, after 5 to 6 months, u wont have any more pimples to squeeze !!

If you sense them about to appear or if they already are there, my advice is wet a piece of cloth with HOT water and dab it on your pimple areas for few minutes. The heat will kill off the bacteria, and it usually will not grow any worse.

and for not squeezing..i guess just not touching ur face n looking in the mirror as much should help... cuz if u don't think 'bout it, u can't squeeze it!

The more you squeeze... the more they will spread.  Cause your fingers are greasy or not clean... new pimples are just gonna form.  I learned that the hard way, don't touch it or pop it... otherwise they'll turn into acne scars which last at least 3 months. 

BTW... do pimples really scare ppl away.  Cause seriously, this stuff is very common to see in teenagers.  It's not that they're not clean, it's just built from stress most of the times.

^ but then u could sqeeze them wash ur face then use acne pads or alchol ll in school i heard that tooth paste dries out ur skin so that might work but i never tried it

I tried that before... you wanna avoid that... you can easily get blackheads there. Something like dried blood stuck in... it's sick. Never used the tooth paste though... that's a new one. But now and days... I just wash my face at least 2 times a day and then gently pat it with a warm wet towel... now my acne is under control. There's always a method that would work great, but hurts a lot... chemical peel on your face could really bring in new skin without new pimples being form... however, it will really dry up your skin.
