You made the issue genetic when you made it racial. You're the one lumping all Koreans and all Americans and all whites together as if they were all the same entity. I"m pointing out the diversity within those groups. For example, not all Koreans are racist haters, nor are all Americans nor all whites. Koreans who immigrate to the West are wise to assimilate, though not all do. Westerners who come to Korea are wise to assimilate, though not all do. The "ESL faggot expats" are Western people who come to Korea and refuse to assimilate, whether out of laziness or arrogance or lack of motivation. I also find them to be obnoxious and avoid them whenever possible. Well, let's face it guys and girls: Many South Koreans also come to the USA and many,there are exceptions, almost never assimilate to American culture,or take the time to speak good English(without the Korean accent) Koreans prefer to keep their Korean customs and language. And many Koreans prefer to live in "KoreaTowns" in LA and NY,for example. So I understand ex-pats are staying in South Korea on a temporary basis,so they probably do not worry about learning the language or the customs as they feel they will South Korea in a short time.

While here in America,many South Koreans still use their customs on and every day basis: drinking hard,getting into fights,driving crazy,spitting on the streets,and being "pushy" (cutting of to the start of the lines)with other Americans,etc. Ex-pats too prefer
