Second, funding and arming drug dealers, criminals, etc in US with weapons.

Third, recognize or assuming this armed mobs as Occupied Wall Street protesters and human right activists.

Forth, establish rebel bases in Mexico border, so they can retreat safely.

Fifth, if US policemen or army attack the rebels, the media thru "human right activist" will condemn the attack.

Sixth, establish the official government of USA in the rebel base in Mexico border.
