7 JANUARY, 2011: 725,000 ultra-thin condoms in transit between Malaysia and Japan have gone missing.

China Press reported that the polyurethane condoms packed in 85,000 boxes were loaded into a container at a factory in Malaysia, said Sagami Rubber Industries, which was founded in 1934 and is the first condom maker in Japan.

“The shipment was empty when it arrived at the company’s main plant in suburban Tokyo on Jan 25,” company spokesman Norinari Wakui told AFP, adding that the lock on the container had been replaced before it left the port in Malaysia.

I think the condoms are more to prevent sexually transmitted deceases right? And the Japanese populace are aging fast they need more youths.

I think the condoms are more to prevent sexually transmitted deceases right? And the Japanese populace are aging fast they need more youths.

If ultra-thin condoms are popular in Japan, then it's because they like it to feel natural but the condom's there just as an obligatory prevention measure.

But due to the lack of ultra-thin condoms thanks to those sneaky Malaysians, they have an excuse to go natural.

And hence hopefully this will start the ball rolling for a baby boom in Japan. Maybe we need more randy Malaysians to steal those condoms, since the continued pleadings of the Japanese government for more babies do not seem to be very effective!

98% missing condoms found in Klang and Puchong

IPOH: Perak police have recovered about 98% of the condoms worth RM850,000 that went missing while on transit to Japan in January.

State police chief Deputy Comm Datuk Mohd Shukri Dahlan said 258 boxes containing about 223,000 condoms were found at a warehouse in Klang and a house in Puchong.

Investigations showed that the consignment was taken from the factory – Sagami Manufacturers Sdn Bhd – in Bemban, Batu Gajah on Jan 6 before it was unloaded at the Klang warehouse.

The empty container was then sent to Port Klang to be exported to Japan on Jan 8.

DCP Mohd Shukri said the case had been resolved following the arrest of six men aged between 23 and 46 since Feb 15.

“Four of them have been released,” he said here yesterday. The other two men are under remand until tomorrow.

He said the suspects were picked up from here, Bidor, Batu Gajah, Puchong and Klang.

“Three of them had previous records for criminal breach of trust, house break-ins and keeping stolen goods,” he said.
