Eyelid Surgery Options

Some Asian women with single eyelid got Blepharoplasty, are they insecure about their own look? Is this necessary? In my opinion, it is ridiculous.

Yeah, this topic has been posted before, many times.

But anyways... is it necessary? No, but if they have the money and it makes them feel happier about themselves then I don't see what's wrong with it.

so many ppl like to post this.. the ppl who do it are insecure or they just think they'd be happier with double eyelids. i dont think there's anything wrong if they're just doing it to make themself happier.

It's their choice. If it makes them 'happy', and gain some sort of confidence, then who are we to judge them.

But if you look at the world from an overall perspective, it is really ridiculous. I mean you have millions of impoverished people around the world who don't have access to basic medical care, and who will eventually end up dying from a curable disease. On the other hand, you have these low self-esteemed people in rich countries who spend thousands of dollars each year on unnecessary cosmetic/plastic surgeries on their eyelids or breasts.

So yea, it really is ridiculous. What a sad world we live in.
