It may seem odd but ever since my dad died of cancer I sort of kind of often wonder when and how I'll die

Nope. I'll eat healthy, keep fit and risk safety only when necessary but thats about all I can really control when it comes to reducing my chances of dying young. Every other factor out of my control is not worth stressing about because I can't do anything to change it, so I dont bother stressing in the first place
