Rub a lot of massaging oil on your face so everytime you want to squeeze, your fingers will slide right through! Saving your pimples from death and giving your face a nice massage at the same time!

You should just start taking good care of yourself. Dont trip on junk food and such. Dont hang out with people with major zits..

The more you squeeze... the more they will spread. Cause your fingers are greasy or not clean... new pimples are just gonna form. I learned that the hard way, don't touch it or pop it... otherwise they'll turn into acne scars which last at least 3 months.
BTW... do pimples really scare ppl away. Cause seriously, this stuff is very common to see in teenagers. It's not that they're not clean, it's just built from stress most of the times. |
