Or anything that looks like an official stamp? Or a link where to find such thing? cám ơn bạn |

Are you trying to make it looks like government doc.?

I wonder who gonna send you an image of red round stamp  , maybe you should found a company then you will be provided a stamp, that will cost you 200,000 VND ($US13)

If someone should come around the email address of a international notary in Vietnam (any city) this would also be very welcome, so me contact him directly, me searching the internet but this information is not easy to find.

Here is one for you:
