you again? embarassedlaugh.gif

I used to go to alexander's salon and day spa in brea but that might be a little far for you...heard they have one further south in OC so you might want to look it up

my stylist was shaun -- think that's how he spells it...he's great w/ colors (both my gf and her mom can attest to that,) but his cuts can be a bit hit or miss. if you get a great cut take a pic because he's also not known to be all that consistent laugh.gif

yes, me again LOL icon_wink.gif Brea is a bit far from where I live... Someone told me Kim Sun Young Salon does magic/straight perms...the problem is, every salon has good and bad stylists, and the only way to find out who's good is by personal reference or experience. I guess I'll have to go to one and get a haircut first before getting a perm. There are so many diff types of perms at the Korean salons! I want to try them all~! biggrin.gif Thanks for your input, BigPuppy! biggthumpup.gif

wait I thought you were looking to get your hair straightened? or are you looking to test each perm until you find the one you like -- kinda like how you bought your car embarassedlaugh.gif

hate to say this, but I don't know if I've ever seen a perm I liked, although I'm sure there's a first for everything. I'll google Korean perms and let you know which one looks half-way decent icon_wink.gif

btw there's a third category of stylist where it doesn't matter if they are good or bad. take, for example, my current stylist...I honestly can't tell if she's good or bad, and I've been going to her for close to two yrs. what I I know for certain is that she's an awesome nba dancer biggrin.gif

dunno what it is but there really are some good looking stylists out there icon_redface.gif
