Im a 16 year old teen male and i have been losing hair for 2 years and have started to see my baldness visualy. Am i lacking vitamins or too stressed? How can i regrow my hair.

-avoid the sun at all cost!! if u gonna go out, wear a hoodie or a cap, but just avoid it as best as u can.
-take a shower once per day. -exercise, hang out with friends, listen to music thats soothing not rock or rap. -go to your doctor and ask him anything u can do to prevent baldness. |

I lose a fair amount of my hair too, I think it's because I straighten it and cuz of when I bleached it last time. My ends break fairly easily, thus the need for a regular hair trim. Damn those split ends :P |
