You know in the media... usually there's in movies, the dumb jock, who's good looking but evil. There's the pretty cheerleader, who's popular good looking, but also evil.

Just wondering what people thought about this stereotype....

Personally, I think it can be true. OF course, its not always true.
Good looking people can let it get to their heads.

Here's my theory... if you are less attractive then maybe you have gone through more situations that enable you to relate better with other people. Like you are able to relate with normal people haha because you have gone through those situations that normal people face.

So then, you have to work maybe a little harder to develop your personality to survive????

I don't know...

(Anyways. I am NOT saying that all good looking people are bad or that they have it easy. I'm just saying that this is the stereotype and I think that normal people face challenges that other people might not, which is good for character development later on.)

It's 99% true. Most of my hot looking friends (guys and girls) are neither snobbish or arrogant.

I got a good personality (get along with people perfectly, sometimes passive) while doesn't look too bad.

yeah, i am an artsy nerd. i don't think I got much attention for my looks when I was growing up. I never got called ugly, but I don't think I really stood out much. physically i've changed a lot in the past year or two... but since ive been with my bf for 3 years, and him being my best friend, I never really noticed a difference. I do get intimidated by "hot" people though . I think they often hide their intelligence just cause they aren't expected to act that way.

i mean pretty much, most of the good looking people i know are really funny, outgoing, friendly, etc. they just usually have a lot of personality. but yeh, a few of my friends can be snobbish, and i disagree with some of the things that they do.

there use to be this white blonde chick that was in mah math class...she was a cheerleader...veryy pretty...everybody liked her...but man was she ditzy...she'd ask the stupidest questions..and the way she talks is annoying...i remmeber she use to put one of her legs on her desk...while she was wearing a skirt...i remmeber one time she was having a convo with a guy in our class about how she wears grannie pannies and not thongs b/c thongs were uncomfy...haha...im like...um oki...hehe..but yea...i dated her ex...shes pretty...but not all that smart..
