Does male circumcision loss of sexual sensation

It depend on what country you born, the country that I was born don't provide circumcision service.
until now. I have some hygienic problem of my penis . recently I want to get circumcised because It grow longer and thicken. before I get circumcise ,I have a question want to ask , Does male circumcision loss of sexual sensation and durability.

It only can be done in procedure surgery because they cut off the skin in the pointy of it. so it will not go up and down , I think it give more joy without the skin
