Xieng Teng (Stung Treng), Why was it given to Cambodia Options

Well i came to some infomation about why the French Gave Stung Treng to Cambodia.

I was going to post it on Khmer Chat, but there are t0o many Trolls there who cant have a civil conversatoin.

So i decided to post it on Lao Chat, since it is a province in Cambodia mainly made up of Lao ppl.

Lao is doing pretty well, as i said before, other then the 2 major bridges in Viengchan and Savanhkhet, there are 2 more Major bridges being built crossing the Maekong connectiong to Thailand and Laos. The one in Thakhet, Khammoun province will connect a Highway that will be built going from Nakorn Panoum into Laos to Vietnam. access to the sea right there.

third bidge will be up NOrth connectiong a Major Highway from Thailand to Laos and thus to China.

there is a Major Dam project other then the already major dam that exist in Laos already, that will supply Electricity to Thailand. one advantage of having plenty of mountains, the mountain sides naturally hold water.

Yeah, its nice to be specific, i now some of you guys dont share the same feelings.

and yes, I am still right whe it came to the issue of Stung Treng being a Lao province that was given to Cambodia. and proved it so by proving the infomation. again, thats what u call a debate

and yes, Cambodia over all, the average population is more poor then Laos. If We sent ur ethnic cousins the Khmu to Cambodia, then or average income would dramaticly increase.

It is true my Khamen friend . The majority of Khamen populations are poor . Most of the money that pour into Khamen land are going into the pocket of the rich Khamen people . Khamen has more population than Lao . If you compare the population to the wealth then Cambodia is much poorer. A good example would be:

if you had 10 people in your family and your family gross income is 5000 dollars
If I have 3 people in my family and my gross income is also 5000 dollars .

Take a good look at that and who is eating better ? My family or your family bro ? Khamen are more poorer than Lao and I seen it with my own eyes .

Laos, don't need any excuses. Laos does just as good as Cambodia, but without as much side effect as Cambodia has, such as HIV/AIDS, protitutions, gangs, ..., and corruptions.
