Xieng Teng (Stung Treng), Why was it given to Cambodia Options

Well i came to some infomation about why the French Gave Stung Treng to Cambodia.

I was going to post it on Khmer Chat, but there are t0o many Trolls there who cant have a civil conversatoin.

So i decided to post it on Lao Chat, since it is a province in Cambodia mainly made up of Lao ppl.

thats what im saying, its not a big deal, but Khmer members seem to keep on talking about how poor Laos is and how cambodia is so much better. when the average cambodian actual is poorer then the average Lao.

Why are you gettin so butthurt? It's the truth aint it. I didn't want to rub it in your laoser face but it seems like you laoser have to be put in your place from time to time and that place is back of the line.

Damn we're only speaking the truth, we don't have to make up stories about owning land to show we're better than you cause that's already reality, we move forwards not backwards. lolz
