"Have you ever wondered if there was more to life, other than being really, really, ridiculously good looking?"
Yes, I have a friend, a very good looking one. Because of her looks she became very successful in life. But there came a day, when she just did not like the way she looked anymore. Financially, she was doing well, but she found her life had become meaningless. Public interests were not on her as a person, but her looks. She had lost her identity. She started questioning the meaning of her fame and wealth. Almost gave everything up. But thank goodness, she has grown to accept herself and have come to understand what her good looks and destiny have in store for her. That is, it is not only for her to earn a living, it is also to provide a livelihood for the many who depend on her for their jobs. |
